Tips[]

It seems that there are only three enchantment levels that allow for artifact configs.

  • High-tier legendary can be paired with any enchanted item to make an artifact, and the only enchantment of this level is Hydra/Pantheon (ID 201).
  • Low-tier legendary can be paired with at least a high-tier rare enchantment.
  • Epic can be paired with another epic enchantment.
